Return of made-to-order products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept custom-made stickers as a return, as the sticker is created especially for you.
However, it may happen that you receive a damaged or incorrect product. In this case, simply notify us at the email address info@sticker.si .
Non-acceptance of packages
According to the provisions of the Code of Obligations, the buyer who chose cash on delivery is obliged to take over the ordered products and settle the redemption fee. Non-acceptance of the products by the customer causes financial damage to the company. In case of non-receipt of the products, the buyer will be charged the costs of the undelivered package in the amount of 7 EUR, which include the delivery of the products, the costs of returning the package, packaging, packaging material and administrative costs of processing the undelivered products.
The buyer receives a notification about the sent package to his e-mail address upon ordering. In addition, he receives an additional notification within 5-7 days to his e-mail address if he has not received the package. This message contains the package number, which allows the package to be picked up at the post office, if the postman did not leave a slip with the number at the buyer's address.
In case of fraudulent orders, we will hand over the customer's IP address to the competent authorities for further consideration. If the buyer fills out the form for withdrawing from the contract, which is available in the previous article, before non-acceptance, the costs will not be charged to him, as the withdrawal from the contract is in accordance with the law.
