General terms and conditions of the online store www. sticker.si determine the conditions of purchase and sale of products.

The general terms and conditions of the online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Market Act (ZEPT) and the new EU regulation Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Owner and manager of an online store www.sticker.si is the company Gregor Pavlič Hren sp, entered in the business register at AJPES, Izpostava Velenje with decision on registration no. 316-13-02050-2017/2, connection 7620-81/20171009-000338 dated 10.10.2017.

Definition of terms:
- provider is an online store www.sticker.si below www. sticker .si .
-user or buyer is a person using our system (user in the online store);
-online store the information system is intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user;

The general business conditions deal with the operation of the provider, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the user, who is also familiar with and agrees to them before the purchase. In the event that the user or the buyer does not agree with them, he should immediately stop using this website or trade.


TYPES OF USERS

Natural person - The user can be any guest customer without registration in the sticker.si online store or as a member of the sticker.si online store and thus obtain a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password. The user name and password of the member of the sticker.si online store are unambiguously defined and linked to the entered data. If the member wishes to change his e-mail address to another at any time later, he must send a written request to info@sticker.si. The change of e-mail address will be carried out on the same or the next working day at the latest, and the member will be informed about this via e-mail.
 
Legal entity - the user can be a company, an independent entrepreneur and another legal entity. For them, the same conditions of purchase through the sticker.si website are observed as for natural persons, but the difference is that a refund of the purchase price is not possible for legal persons!
 

APPLICATION

In order to make a quick and easy purchase, registration in the online store www.sticker.si is not required.
 
You will fill in all the necessary information for delivery and payment when placing the order.
 
The provider undertakes to always provide the user with the following information:
- company identity (company name and registered office);
- contact addresses that enable fast and efficient communication (e-mail, telephone);
-essential characteristics of the goods or services (warranty, if this is specified for the individual product);
- product availability (every product or service offered by the online store should be available within a reasonable time);

  • conditions of product delivery or service performance (method, place and deadline of delivery);
  • all prices must be clearly and unambiguously specified;
  • method of payment and delivery;
  • time validity of the offer;
  • the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract.

 

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Ordering is done online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. When the user selects a product or products and decides on the payment method (by pre-invoice payment on TRR - transaction account or by cash or payment cards through the DPD delivery service), he places the order by clicking on the COMPLETE PURCHASE icon. The online store automatically creates and sends an email with order details (products, prices, quantities, user data). This confirms the order, and the products will be sent as soon as possible.

 

PRICES AND MARKS OF I PRODUCTS

Online store offers sticker .si change frequently and rapidly (perhaps daily).
All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity.

 

PAYMENT

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.

In the sticker .si online store, the provider allows payment, by pre-invoice to TRR:

or upon collection via the DPD delivery service, which enables payment in cash or with payment cards such as:

  • MasterCard payment card,
  • Maestro payment card,
  • Activa payment card,
  • Visa and Visa Electron payment card

Upon receipt of the order, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the order to your e-mail, followed by delivery within the agreed time. You pay the purchase price for the ordered product by pre-invoice or cash on delivery via the DPD delivery service.
 
Please send proof of payment according to the proforma invoice to info@sticker.si , as all proforma invoices are for informational purposes only until payment is confirmed.
 
Upon delivery of the product, the buyer receives an invoice detailing the price and all costs related to the purchase.

The price of delivery by the DPD carrier in Slovenia is EUR 4.70 including VAT.

DELIVERY TIME

Payment by advance invoice. After receiving the payment to our TRR, the shipments will be sent the next working day, or within a maximum of 3 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded). For products in stock, delivery is 1-3 working days. For products that we do not have in stock, the delivery time is up to 10 days after the received and confirmed order. In case of a longer delivery time, we will inform you about the delivery time by e-mail or by phone.

When delivering ordered products that sticker .si does not have it in stock in our own warehouse, the delivery time may be extended because we are exclusively bound to the delivery by our supplier and to the time in which the supplier can deliver the product sticker .si. Via e-mail sticker .si keeps the customer informed of up-to-date information regarding the delivery of the ordered products. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify the provider, who will remove the product from the order and return any funds already paid to the buyer, and deliver the other products from the order at the buyer's choice, or cancel the entire order. If the supplier to the bidder sticker .si does not confirm the availability of the ordered items no later than two weeks from the date of placing the order, the provider may reject the customer's order on the grounds that the product is not available. On the day of rejection, the customer's order ceases to be valid. Online store sticker .si does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or the unavailability of products that sticker .si does not have it in stock in its own warehouse.

 

DELIVERY

The delivery is made by the DPD delivery service to the specified address in Slovenia, but also by the provider, depending on the quantity of products sold. Deliveries are made mostly in the morning from Monday to Friday. Transport is always paid by the customer of the products according to the currently valid price list of the DPD delivery service, which is listed in the previous section Payment. The provider is not responsible for delays on the part of the delivery service or for damage to the packaging.

For products ordered and confirmed by us, which are in stock, we allow you to pick them up at the provider's headquarters by prior agreement. Send us your questions at info@sticker.si and we will be happy to answer you.

 

WARRANTY

Every product that has a warranty is indicated in the online store sticker .si and in the warranty card attached to the purchase invoice. The guarantee is valid if the instructions on the guarantee sheet are followed and the original invoice is presented.

If the product on the website sticker .si is not marked with a warranty, it means that it does not have a warranty card from the supplier and the warranty does not apply to it.

  

REAL ERROR

The consumer can assert his rights from a material defect if he informs the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error in more detail and allow the seller to inspect the item. The consumer can notify the seller of the defect personally, for which the seller must issue a receipt or send it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the representative of the seller with whom he concluded the contract. The seller is not responsible for material defects in the goods that become apparent after two years have passed since the item was delivered. A defect in the goods is considered to have already existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery. The consumer's rights from the first paragraph expire after two years from the day he notified the seller about the factual error.

 

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS

The buyer (natural person) has the right to return the purchased product without reason. According to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 98/2004, 126/07) in paragraph 1 of Article 43, the consumer has the right to notify the provider in writing no later than 14 days after receiving the ordered product, that he withdraws from the contract , in order to state the reason for withdrawal, namely to the contact email address: info@ sticker.si , and to return the product within a further 5 days after the notification of withdrawal from the purchase.

In this case, the consumer or the buyer is charged only for the costs from paragraph 7 of Article 43.d of this ZVPot Act (costs of direct return of goods).

The provider is not obliged to accept shipments with a ransom or shipments that do not correspond to the provider's general business conditions.

We return the money to your transaction account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method used by the buyer or the consumer, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result. In the case of sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the return of the goods has been received or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back, unless the company offers the option of accepting the returned goods.

If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he must return or hand them over to the company or a person authorized by the company to accept the goods, immediately or no later than 14 days after the notification from the first paragraph of Article 43 of this Act, unless the company offers to take over the returned goods. It is considered that the consumer returns the goods on time if they are sent before the expiry of the 14 day return period. The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods, if the decrease in value is the result of conduct that is not absolutely necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. The consumer is not responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods if the company does not inform him of the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with point 4 of the first paragraph of Article 43 b. Pursuant to provision b 43 d of Article ZVPot, the consumer can submit a notice of withdrawal to the company on the form from the fifth paragraph of this article or with an unambiguous statement from which it is clear that he is withdrawing from the contract.

When returning products to the seller or provider sticker .si , you must attach a form for withdrawing from the contract, the original receipt and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. A form for withdrawing from the product contract is available to the buyer HERE .

 

RETURN OF DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If there is damage to the goods or of the product during transport (outside of the shipment), then it is necessary to report the shipment IMMEDIATELY to the courier. The courier will draw up a complaint record on the spot about damage to the shipment. In the case of hidden damage to the shipment, the user is obliged to notify the delivery service in writing within the complaint period of 3 days, counting from the day of receipt of the shipment, with the condition that we have previously established jointly with us that, in our opinion, the damage occurred exclusively at the time when it was shipment in possession of delivery. We recommend that the user examines and checks the contents of the delivered package in the presence of the courier before accepting it.

 

SECURITY AND RIGHT TO PRIVACY and EU GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

We take care to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. The provider uses all data obtained through the online store only for its own use and protects it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR).

The provider will not disclose data provided by customers to third parties, but will use it only for its own use, to inform about offers and news, issue invoices and deliver via the DPD delivery service, etc. DPD delivery service customer data received from the provider sticker .si, can only be used for the time of delivery of ordered products (name and surname, address, postal code, city and telephone number) and may not be used for any other business purpose or handed over to an unauthorized third party.

Customer data (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone, delivery address, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with sticker .si) is kept by the provider as long as they are kept as archival accounting documentation (issuance of invoices) of the online store sticker .si and uses them until the customer requests otherwise. In the event of "intrusion" into the database or into the computer system, the provider is not responsible for the resulting consequences. The buyer is also responsible for protecting his personal data by using appropriate anti-virus protection for his computer (e-mail address, username and password).

The customer's data (e-mail address) will be used by the provider for informational purposes (informing about news, promotions, promotions and other marketing forms) and will be sent exclusively via e-mail from the e-mail address info@sticker.si and the buyer must confirm them via the CONTACT section in order to agree to them.

To unsubscribe from e-notification of advertising notices for marketing purposes, send us an email to info@sticker.si and you will no longer receive our e-notifications on the day of unsubscription.

According to the new regulation, the customer to whom personal data relate must give express consent to the processing of personal data relating to him:
easily changing your personal data,
correction request,
deletion request,
transfer of data to another company or institution (in our case the DPD delivery service),
express and clear consents for what the provider uses the data for,
informing interested customers about the range of products and services,

 

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The provider makes every effort to ensure the consistency and up-to-dateness of the data published in the online store sticker .si . Nevertheless, the characteristics of the products, their stock and price can change so quickly that the provider in the online store fails to correct the data. In such a case, we will inform the customer about the changes and enable him to cancel the order or exchange the ordered product.

You send the returned product by delivery service at your own expense to the address: sticker .si - Gregor Pavlič Hren sp, Dragarjeva ulica 6c, 1230 Domžale. We do not accept shipments with a ransom if we have not expressly agreed on this with the customer!

 

OUT OF COURT RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES

The online provider does not have any designated IRPS provider to resolve a consumer dispute, but if a dispute were to arise, the appropriate jurisdiction will be determined by the Court in Ljubljana, which will lead the proceedings.
